Your stay
Check-in is from 5:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM, with a 24-hour reception at the Esmeralda building itself. Keys are collected at Apartamentos Esmeralda, C/ Ponent 1 - Playa Levante, Calpe, except between 15 January 2026 and 31 January 2026, when keys are collected at Turmalina Unitursa Apartments, Avenida Juan Carlos I, No. 26. Please let the property know your arrival time in advance.
House rules
Guests are asked to show a photo ID and credit card at check-in. A refundable damage deposit of EUR 100 is taken on arrival and returned at check-out after inspection. Children of all ages are welcome and children aged 12 and above are charged as adults; cribs are available on request at EUR 8 per child per night and extra beds are not available. Pets are not allowed, all apartments are non-smoking, and stag or hen parties and similar celebrations are not permitted. For bookings of more than five apartments, special conditions and supplements may apply. Payment is accepted in cash.
